Availability

Which timezones we can teach, and which we can’t.

One tutor, and the Kovan classes run on Singapore weekday evenings. That leaves a real but finite window for online lessons, and we would rather show it to you than say “worldwide” and disappoint you.

Why Singapore

The teaching families relocate for, without the relocation.

Singapore’s teaching in mathematics and the sciences is among the most rigorously structured in the world, and it is the reason families move here for school in the first place.

If you have left, or never came, this is a way to get the teaching anyway. That is the whole proposition, and we would rather say it plainly than call ourselves global.

Subjects online

The same list we teach in Kovan.

IB Diploma — Mathematics (AA SL, AA HL, AI SL, AI HL), Chemistry (SL and HL), Physics (SL and HL).
IGCSE — Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics.
Earlier years — IB PYP and MYP mathematics and science.

There is no subject we offer online that we do not offer in person, and none the other way round.

Questions

What parents ask.

Is this a group class over Zoom?

No. Students outside Singapore are taught one to one. Our five-student group classes run in person at the Kovan centre, for students living in Singapore.

Why is 1-to-1 more expensive than the group class?

Because it is a different product. Your child gets a tutor’s whole lesson, materials built for them alone, and a slot chosen to suit their school week. Published rates are on the pricing page.

We’re relocating away from Singapore mid-year. Can our child continue?

Yes, and this is one of the best reasons to move online. Continuity of tutor through the final months before IB or IGCSE exams is worth more than most families expect.

What technology does my child need?

A laptop or desktop, a stable connection and a free Zoom account. A graphics tablet helps in maths and physics but is not required — most students work in a notebook beside the screen.

Can we see a recording before we commit?

You will have a recording of the free diagnostic itself. Watch how your child is taught before you decide anything.
