Glen founded Arche Academy after six years teaching IB and IGCSE students, and still teaches every lesson himself. Students under his guidance have moved three to four grades over a year of consistent work — the individual records are on the results page.
His stated deal with every student is fifty per cent from them and fifty per cent from him, and he will tell a family directly when the first half is missing.
Why this matters
A roster is not a relationship.
Larger centres assign your child to whoever has a free slot, and reassign them the next term. Every handover costs weeks while a new tutor works out where the gaps are — and the student explains themselves again.
Here there is no handover. The person who marked your child’s diagnostic in week one is the person teaching them in week forty. That is the whole argument for the price, and it is the one thing a bigger competitor cannot copy.
One honest consequence: places are genuinely limited. One tutor, five to a class, a finite timetable. When a class is full, it is full — we will offer you the next slot rather than adding a sixth chair.
